I want to congratulate the ARMA conference people for creating the on-line hotel registration system for San Antonio.  I
don't remember if this was available last year, but I took advantage of the on-line registration this year.  Normally I
would have (and did download the paper version) and filled it out listing my choices of hotels.  Then I decided to check
out the on-line registration process.  I selected the one hotel I was interested in (Menger) and filled in the other
data and submitted my request.  I was booked and received my confirmation immediately and a follow-up message confirming
it within minutes.  

Way to go ARMA..
