This position will support City of Portland Archives and Records Management
during their City Hall implementation of an electronic records management
system. Successful candidates will have the ability to fully learn the
system (from both records management and technical sides) in order to train
and support end users. 
Business Systems Analyst (limited term position)

Approximate Monthly Salary: $4,318 - $5,753 
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting in the deployment
of Efiles, an electronic records management system, to all employees in City
Hall. Duties include analyzing data requirements, interviewing customers to
determine how users are currently filing, managing, retaining and retrieving
their electronic records and integrating the Efiles software with their
current business operations. Additional duties include diagnosing problems
found with software, installing Efiles software in Council Offices and
training users on how to use the new program.
