Emma, I took the 5-course series from Chippewa Tech a few years ago.  We used two books (both available in the ARMA bookstore, though I got them directly from CVTC), each split over two courses, and the 5th course was creating projects from what I had learned.  It amazed me how much was directly relevant to my job -- often issues I was dealing with at the time I studied the particular topic.  I have even used a couple of ideas from the projects in my job.  I was pleased with the education delivered and would recommend it to anyone needing RM training.  

Our local university offers the Gatlin course Jesse Wilkins listed, but the course overview I looked at was a one-semester course using only one of the two books, for about the same price as the five courses from CVTC.  

My only regret, which I relayed to the instructor, was the lack of direct interaction with the other students.  The Canadian course mentioned yesterday http://www.plc.fis.utoronto.ca/coursedescription.asp?courseid=204 includes a couple of live chat sessions; maybe Chippewa has started that now.
