Slow. The user reviews take the longest, followed closely by the City
Attorney review and approval. We've been working on the current version
for about 5 months and have not yet reached user consensus. That said
however, we have only one item left to resolve for consensus and then it
goes to the Department Director.

Ginny, how long does it typically take to get a schedule through the
approval/review process you described? We're looking at setting up a
somewhat similar process, and having an idea of time frames would be
helpful. Do you consider your process to be slow, about right, or ????
