Earlier this year I spoke to 3 of the instructors of the ERM and was told
that the ERM program is not a "Certification" like the CRM is.  It is a
'certificate' program of courses that focus on electronic records management
and they are offered at 3 different levels of study Practioner, Specialisst
and Master.

The CRM is a certification from a certifying body, the ICRM.   I do not
believe that AIIM is a certifying body like the ICRM is.
