If you don't care what a cafeteria benefits program is, and you don't
think the records from this type of program is something that needs to
be managed by the records program, my guess is that you've never
consulted with a Human Resources organization.

All of these question are so not relevant to records and information
management in today and tomorrows work environment.  Look at question #2
Cafeteria Benefits Program???  As a records manager I can honestly say I
have wondered about Cafeteria Benefits Programs.
