Dwight,  I'm familiar with the archiving solution but  have little 
knowledge of the record retention piece.  We're looking long-term at an 
ERM that is more enterprise level  effective and not just another point 
solution.  The archiving tool itself really doesn't begin to manage the 
information that are considered records but simply archives it off the 
live SAP db.  In looking at the enterprise ERM solutions there are some 
other tools that could integrate with SAP to form part of the solution but 
the SAP product won't work on its own at the enterprise level.
