The Commonwealth of Virginia is preparing to release an RFP for
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software to be used on a statewide
basis.  Last year Virginia had over 54,000 employees (not including
temporary personnel).  The RFP is expected to include a full suite of
ECM functionality including imaging, document management, workflow,
record management, and COLD/ERM.  Subsequent procurements are expected
for implementation services for various state agencies.

The RFP is expected to be available on February 2, 2007.  Vendors
