If you use MS office products, you can download free clipart from
Microsoft (terms of use on the website). Searching for things like file,
records, etc. get you lots of images.

If you like the clipart but not the colors, once you've downloaded the
picture and put it into your powerpoint, word, etc., you can often
re-color them (from MS PowerPoint 2002- highlight the image, right
click, select format picture, select the picture tab, then the recolor
button near the bottom of the screen).
