My name is actually Gerard not Gerald.

I at no point said that RIMs were lazy; in fact from experience it is rare 
for RIMS to actually become involved in the selection process.

The mentality that links paper and tape to the same vendor, and the 
corresponding reluctance to change based on the difficulty in moving the 
paper documents to another vendor speaks to the point that I am making.
