Although not typically a record, I would suggest that there is tremendous 
value in retaining this information.  Although not officially part of our 
retention schedule, we have this stored in our ERMS under our "knowledge" 
component and retain the information for 10 years.  If you don't have an 
ERMS, this could be stored in a public directory in your network.
