Iron Mountain to Buy ArchivesOne

 

Iron Mountain Inc., a records storage and information management company,
said Wednesday it agreed to buy smaller rival ArchivesOne Inc.

The company did not give financial terms. ArchivesOne, based in Middlebury,
Conn., serves more than 8,500 customers in the health care, legal and
finance sectors, among others.

The deal is expected to close in May.

Iron Mountain's shares rose 94 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $28.79 on the New
York Stock Exchange. In the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between
$22.64 and $29.72.
