Flying to San Diego late last week, I found an article in Southwest
Air's Spirit Magazine about filing, The author quoted the following "
Workers waste 1.7 hours per week looking for information they filed,
but can't find."  This is according to the Institute of Business
Technology (www.ibttech.com/).

The article recommends contacting the National Association of
Professional Organizers for an "Organizer," at $50 to $150 per hour.
This probably works for individuals and maybe small companies; not
sure for medium or large organizations.

I searched the ARMA membership directory but couldn't find anyone from
Southwest.  Maybe a representative from the ARMA Dallas Chapter or
even ARMA HQs could contact Southwest and introduce them to our
profession.

Just a thought on another hot and humid day in Houston...
