How much does your company rely on hard copy records vs. electronic records?

What do you find to be your most difficult obstacles with paper filing?

Do you have a standard structure for your filing system and if so, on what
model is it based?

Who does your company contract to manage your off site records and how much
are you paying per box per monthly storage?
