I put the info on this list, rather than the Forum, because 1) The
deadline for "early" payment is only 6 weeks away, and 2) I think more
ARMA members use the list than use the Forum (even if they can figure
out how to navigate around the Forum - I don't).

I also was just informed by my chapter President that the chapters have
not yet received any official word of the dues increase.  So - is a
matter of delayed communication or a matter of semi-transparency?
Either way, it sure messes up my budget for our fiscal year that begins
July 1.  8-)
