Good question. We just discovered that if attachments are embedded in
Calendars there is a possibility that either Confidential information is
at risk for being viewed by those that don't have a "need to know"
and/or information could be exposed to others that should not have
access to it (regulations that prevent certain areas of the Company from
sharing information with other areas - ours is driven by FERC)
If someone can access your calendar that person can also see ANT
attachment on the Calendar.

I wondered if any of you have considered a policy statement on whether
any imbedded documents in Outlook Calendar or the appointments can ever
be the offical record and if so, how do you go about retaining them? We
are wondering if there is a risk associated with imbedding project
charters; research papers etc in the Calendar invitation.
