We keep our minute books electronically. We use a corporate entity 
management system called GCM (Global Corporate Manager). We track and 
maintain about 400 entities.

We have found the efforts well worth doing. We've been building the 
repository for 2 years. I think we have 60 users mostly with browse ability 
only. Very handy when you need to view directors and officers quickly (I 
often use it when I am drafting legal hold notices to build my 
distribution).

Like most legal teams, our resources our stretched to their limits. It is so 
nice to be able to jump online and get instant, accurate information without 
having to pester our Sr. Paralegal.
