I, too, think this is a fabulous thought, worthy of a poster even!
However, I must admit my ignorance ... I've looked all over the Moody's
site and cannot guess what "IC" stands for.

The challenge, should you choose to take it, is to turn that around so
that anyone who chooses (yes, chooses) to see the management of
knowledge resources in the organisation as "uninteresting" comes to
understand that they are saying, this organisation does not need
reliable knowledge resources to succeed.  (From there, its an HR issue.)
Turn it around so that people understand that recordkeeping is THE
source of outcomes, THE tool for quality improvement, THE safeguard in
litigation, THE evidence of compliance, THE expression of individual and
collective tacit knowledge made explicit, THE key to future capacity to
rate organisation IC--something even Moody's is getting into and which,
I believe, is another opportunity for RMgrs.
