hardcopy files independant of hardware and software, free, check out Kay
Schardein, CRM's presentation "S3: A Simple Single System for Managing Both
Electronic and Hardcopy Files" as given at October's Orange County,
California, ARMA meeting.  Kay has used this system throughout her career
at The Boeing Company and Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).  She has started
rolling it out at her current employer, The Irvine Company.
