Subject: Re: [RM] Definition of a "Record"
In the Yahoo group:
http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/RIM_Resources/
(which you have to be a member of in order to view, so you need to have
a
Yahoo ID), there is a flowchart that goes over 'What Is A Record'. I
think
it helps break it down for the average user. I've looked at it when
talking
to a user about their records, and how to determine if what they are
holding in their hand is a record.
It is under Files, then 'Records System Diagrams', and it is called
'What
Is a Record-Generic.doc'.
