I am fairly new to Records Management, with only about 3 years experience.
I sort of "fell into" records, and find it quite fascinating.  I'm reading
e-mail messages, to gather as much information as I can, to increase my
understanding.

I work in a healthcare environment, on the business side of records
(contracts, competitive bids, etc.).  I'm currently trying to write policies
and procedures.

I really appreciate the information I have been picking up, and had no
intention of being a "peeping records person" - please accept my apologies
if this "lurking" is disturbing to you.
