Hi everyone:
 
I'm also lurking in the background.  I am learning a lot from this list
server.  It is just pieces of information that is given on a daily bases.
But every bit counts when you don't have a clue what you are doing.  I am
currently working for a public school in New Mexico.  I applied for a
position that I though was a IT person, come to find out that it is a
combination of IT and RIM.  I have been in this position for the last 2
years.  I wrote the policy for our District and also a Records Retention
Manual.  
I'm trying to map out my next step.  I do not have any experience in RIM so
all this is very new to me.  So I sit here and read every single word you
guys write.  Like I said I have learned so much from each of you.  I'm so
thankful that I stumbled across this list serve.  AGAIN THANKS EVERYONE for
posting information that is quite helpful to us newbie's
