Records Management Compliance 

Dell
Location: Round Rock, TX

Directly responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of
the Records Management compliance and assessment program

Develop and deliver a comprehensive records management and information
management compliance and assessment program
*	Develop processes, templates and tool kits to facilitate
effective compliance and assessments reviews
*	Participate in the development of polices, standards, practices
and checklists for business teams to use in the improvement of records
management program objectives
*	Ability to identify, measure and evaluate the design and
operating effectiveness of records management controls
*	Proven track record of identifying and escalating significant
risk and loss exposures to management.  
*	Evaluate business processes for effectiveness and efficiency,
and developing value-added recommendations

Communicate and collaborate with business partners 
*	Develop mitigation strategies with  partners to address
Compliance and Risk Assessment findings.
*	Track mitigation strategies to their completion
*	Ability to clearly articulate audit findings and communicate
them to management, business teams and Records Management personnel
*	Highly developed interpersonal style with emphasis on
influencing and building strong longer term relationships across many
functions, departments, and IT entities. 
*	Collaborate with IT ,auditors, and business partners to ensure
adequacy of records management control environment
*	Excellent ability to communicate, both verbally (including
presentations) and in writing, with management, customers, and technical
personnel.

Qualifications

*	Broad understanding of various IT processes, technologies and
Records management  best practice policies, procedures, and
methodologies
*	Ability to prioritize work
*	An ability to train, coach and manage others on the job.
*	Proven ability to interact and maintain positive working
relationships with people at all levels and diverse backgrounds, both
within the organization and with external contacts.
