Requirements

Bose Corporation is seeking a Records Analyst to join its exciting team.

Skills

Basic knowledge of professional practices governing the definition, retention, and disposition of records

Experience in conducting records inventories, creating records schedules, or facilitating records destruction

Experience in researching and applying regulatory, statutory, and industry requirements in support of retention scheduling initiatives, a plus

Basic knowledge of records management and archival management principles and methodologies

Awareness of current technology trends in regards to information management

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with Bose employees

Candidate must be able to take direction and prioritize sometimes competing responsibilities

Ability to work as part of a team

Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills

Must be self-motivated and disciplined

Must have excellent attention to detail

Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds

Education

MLS or related degree.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a records professional, or in a related industry.
Recent graduates with Records Management experience will be considered as well.
