I have created a tool for my client that measures perceptions - behavior
- culture change.  The "survey" is a tool that measures different
elements of the RIM initiative -we did a baseline survey at teeth onset
of the program and will survey again sometime in the future - still an
undecided time - I am recommending after 1 year.

Greetings to my fellow lurkers,

I am hoping that one of you have developed a RIM program assessment tool
that can be used to gage the effectiveness and completeness of an
organization's RIM program.  I am hoping to not have to re-invent the
wheel.  Please share.

In addition, will one of you senior CRMs provide practical guidance on
maintaining and submitting educational credits to ICRM.
