Hi All, 

 Some of our review board members would like to OK the use of business or 
"exact" copies into a new draft of our policy.  I disagree, as it should 
not be a policy matter.  It is also my understanding that in most cases, 
the master copy with wet/live signature should be used to make decisions. 
(I am not speaking to the archive master copy; only  to business records) 
Any comments? Is there a danger in OK'ing the use of Business Copies? Am I 
being too militant?
