I prefer Charlie's medium -- mmmmm...meat...cooked to slightly pink in
the middle and charbroiled on the outside.  It's what's for dinner!

Definitely!  A few years ago a stash of baked clay tablets were found -
all very legible. (Wish I could remember where.)  They apparently were
records of trade transactions.
