  I just wanted to thank all of you who responded to the subject post both via the RM Listserv, and offline.  You're all pretty much in agreement that I should expect more from a vendor rep, and your benchmarking helped to validate what I'd been thinking all along.  You're right in that I probably should've ended that meeting much earlier than I actually did when it started to go south, especially after frustration and irritation made their appearances.
