Starting off with the idea that not all states, countries, or other
geographic entities are the same and have different laws pertaining to the
admissibility of electronic records as evidence in a legal proceeding, does
anyone know of any good white papers or good sources of information
available (free preferred of course) to assist in the crafting of
"suggestions" for clients who want to digitize their legal and financial
records (outside of the obvious first suggestion of keeping all of their
paper copies)?

Thanks and feel free to reply off list if you want.
