Tried your survey and found that it made a whole series of assumptions
about how retention is applied to email. A great many of your
assumptions do not apply to our environment.
As an example we use an email archive but it is configured to archive
email immediately and then purge email from the main email server within
30 days. I see no way to give that kind of information in your survey.
Btw we consult on this issue for a number of companies.
