I address this subject in the current (Mar-Apr) issue of AIIM E-DOC 
Magazine [www.edocmagazine.com] (soon to be re-named Infonomics).  It 
appears as an interview with Editor Bryant Duhon. 

In my presentation at the AIIM international conference in Boston in 
March, I addressed the "Necessary Balance" between RIM and ECM.  Anyone
