Hi Earl
We use a database called 4D http://www.4d.com/. It can be programmed
to your needs.
We have all our active and non active files listed and as long as you
know what file you are looking for you can search for it and see
where the file is supposed to be and if off site it gives you the box
number for ease of retrival.
