Don't know how log I've been trying to get reporters and others to
understand who should be held responsible when 'data goes missing' while in
the control of a paid service provider with a contractual liability for
providing safe and secure management services, but FINALLY... it looks like
it may be happening!

I wonder id Time Warner, IBM, Mellon Bank and who knows how many others are
watching this?  They've all been held responsible for spending hundreds of
thousands of dollars for credit reporting, etc. for these losses in the
past, and they've had their reputations drubbed over things that they had NO
CONTROL over.
