Some of the suggestions you received already are good. The information
contained in them can get a bit dated, especially with the pace of
technology. You might want to have a reputable consultant help prepare the
RFP, or at least review what you draft up prior to releasing it. One of the
folks that responded, Jesse Wilkins, is a good consultant in your area.
