My hunch is zero

The rate at which trees are harvested continues to grow annually, regardless of conservation measures. Any calculation used would be purely theoretical. If you are using, paper, bankers boxes, etc. then you haven't saved any trees you have contributed to the increase in harvesting. 

electronic storage never used any trees so continuing to use electronic devices doesn't save trees either. 

That is unless you talk to a vendor/salesman.
