Hello all,
I have a friend who recently "fell' into the position of corporate
records manager for his organization. The previous records manager was
a paralegal in the legal department. The organization shifted records
management responsibilities to the IT department. This friend is an IT
specialist who now finds himself (actually he volunteered) as the new
records officer. His question to me and now my question to you is - are
there any self-paced on-line training for the various disciplines
required of a records and information manager?
