You might find some useful language and concepts in a draft document
entitled "An Audit Checklist for the Certification of Trusted Digital
Repositories" that was produced by RLG and NARA in 2005.
Unfortunately, that document is no longer available through RLG or
OCLC (with whom RLG merged), but thanks to the intarwebz, here's a
