I advertise via email all the time. Sometime I'll use a commercial or
take an example of a news announcement. Use lots of exclamation points
and bold letter the points you want to make.

We have a "Fling-Your-Files" event twice a year and a mandatory RM
training for all Record Liaisons and any staff that wish to be more
educated. So I send out ad's all the time.

I also have a cork board with educational items on there as well. RM
posters are posted over every copier in the agency (that many copiers).

Use ARMA... They have excellent ideas and promotion items that will help
promote RM in your organization.
