Hello everyone!
My name is Melissa and I'm business technology major at Leeward Community College in Hawaii. I'm currently taking a Records Management class and  I'm excited to learn more, but also wanting to know whether this is the field that I want to get into after graduation.

Our teacher, Brian Moriki asked us to subscribe to the listserv and to
pose a question about anything that has to do with records management.
My question is: with  the advancement of technology, privacy has become a big issue. How can the loss of customer privacy make you lose business?

Another thing that I wanted to ask was if anyone who is or knows of a manager in the customer service department who would be willing to be interviewed for a project that I have for this class, let me know. The project won't be due till the beginning of December, so we still have some time and there is no need to rush.
