Hello,
I recently attended a seminar that described the 3 zone (or bucket)
approach to email management.  Zone 1 was a bucket for transitory
messages, zone 2 a space for users to save working business content and
zone 3 for official corporate records.

I would like to know what type of software supports this type of email
management.  I believe our IT people are looking at an email archiving
solution called COMMVAULT which does not appear to support this.  Do any
email archiving solutions support this?

Any advice or experience you could share about this (or COMMVAULT in
particular) would be much appreciated.  You can email me off the list.
