It's 2 a.m. - do you know where your hosted records are? Are your
third-party service providers maintaining your records like you would?
Using third-party providers does not absolve you of your recordkeeping
responsibilities. Records maintenance requirements are typically
addressed during the contract phase but may be forgotten afterward. In
this session, learn how to plan and perform annual due diligence,
whether by onsite visit or questionnaire, to ensure your service
provider continues to meet your organization's records maintenance
requirements.

Sheri L. Nystedt, CRM, Senior Compliance Manager at Janus Capital Group
in Denver, Colorado is responsible for designing, developing,
implementing and managing Janus' current Records and Information
Management Compliance Program for domestic and international operations.
She has an MBA along with 18 years' experience in a variety of
industries developing records management programs, including policy,
procedures, retention schedules, training and development, and RIM
program review and compliance.

We'll see you there!
