Erica:
Based on the textbook listed for the course, (Records Management 8e,
Study Guide, and Simulation), this would be an excellent means of
learning the basics in RM.  This book is focused on various clerical
levels and tasks of RM with some chapters of big picture overview, so it
is a little limited in the total RM material it covers.  However, it is
very useful as a basic primer.
