It is my understanding that William Saffady's book "Records and
Information Management: Fundamentals of Professional Practice"
(http://www.arma.org/bookstore/productdetail.cfm?ProductID=1462) was an
update of the material in the Roebeck book.  I have not compared the
content of the two books, but the Saffady book could possibly be
considered a less costly text for courses.
