Although I originally took Parts 1 - 5 of the CRM exam in 2000, the books that helped me the most were "Information and Image Management" by Ricks, Swafford & Gow 3rd Edition (1992) and Bill Benedon's book from 1969. Granted I say helped me the most and mean that in the context of studying theroy. I used periodicals, my job, and my brain for the rest.

Tough to teach classes with antique text books...so what does that say about us as RIM professionals? At least I think of myself as a professional.

Rock on!
