Subject: Re: [RM] Classic Records Management Textbook
Although I originally took Parts 1 - 5 of the CRM exam in 2000, the books
that helped me the most were "Information and Image Management" by Ricks,
Swafford & Gow 3rd Edition (1992) and Bill Benedon's book from 1969. Granted
I say helped me the most and mean that in the context of studying theroy. I
used periodicals, my job, and my brain for the rest.
Tough to teach classes with antique text books...so what does that say about
us as RIM professionals? At least I think of myself as a professional.
Rock on!
Sharon in Seattle where it has rained 4" in 24 hours and the salmon will be
swimming in the streets soon....and I took Part 6 yesterday....ARGH!
