Their testing may be accurate, who is to say.  But with constant
changes in hardware, storage media, formats and software systems, the
real issue is whether you'll be able to access the data or documents
on the CDs/DVDs in say 10 to 20 years.  That is something they cannot
guarantee, no matter how much testing they conduct.
