To have the right records in the right hands at the right time, to me,
is more of a Vision than a Mission.  Missions, typically, are more
specific than that.  I do like the statement though, whatever you want
to call it.

Good news is, unless you are developing these statements to pass a class
in business school, you can call them whatever you like!
