I'm actually planning to complement the two of them. In some records
management position descriptions both of them are either minimum
qualifications or preferred qualifications. For example our analyst
position requires a master's degree in library science, public or
business administration AND the CRM or ability/desire to obtain in a
reasonable period of time. I hold the MPA degree already, but I am
getting started on the CRM. I know this is true of several of my
colleagues throughout my agency.
