Hi,
American Honda Motor Co., Inc., is downsizing its specifications for an
electronic records management system for physical records.  I will be as
specific as I can.  It needs to manage 200,000 folders in 75,000 boxes with
retentions applied at the folder level which is also the record series
level.  It needs to cost less than $100,000 including hardware,
installation and training.  There is pressure to have the information now
for budgeting purposes.
