for the most part got it correct

here is the 'official' version

1. send an email with a blank/empty subject line to

[log in to unmask]

2. in the body of the message put the following command

SUBSCRIBE RECMGMT-L

you will receive emails in return follow their instructions.

Other information about managing your recmgmt-l listserv subscription can be
found by going to the listsev archives (the url is at the end of evey
message you receive from the list), click on the Search link the search for
messages where ADMIN appears in the subject line. you'll get a bunch in
return
